As businesses were closing up this past April, an initiative emerged within my company called Color Speaks is an initiative that emerged within Gensler as businesses were boarding up this past spring. We reached out to small businesses and offered to paint murals with goal of bringing color and liveliness back to our Portland neighborhoods. I ended up connecting with Redux Boutique on East Burnside.
